Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into 7Foods bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days. All deliveries may take from 1-3 working days depending on delivery destination. A total of 2-4 working days are expected for orders to reach customers.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for 7Foods via Payfast who use the strictest forms of encryption.

Customer details will be stored by 7Foods separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Payfast secure payment terminal. For more detail on Payfast visit the Payfast website.

All orders will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners or available for collection at the 7Foods offices.

Customers receive an invoice for all orders placed.
