How does the Affiliate program work?
The Affiliate initiative is a non-exclusive opportunity created for entrepreneurs to earn additional income or even make this opportunity a full-time career whilst enjoying something they love, whether it is the love for the health industry, interacting with customers or simply selling products.
The 7Foods Affiliate initiative is free to join and designed to make our products more accessible to customers by offering a local personalised experience within the area they live in.
Affiliates/Resellers can build up a client profile and market the goodies customers enjoy on a regular basis and advise them of any promotions running from time to time. Affiliate/Resellers are always the first to know about upcoming sales and promotions.
Do I have to keep stock?
No. Affiliates are not required to keep stock however if a reseller does keep stock, they will have the advantage of offering faster delivery.
Do I need to sign any long-term contacts?
No. There are no long-term agreements to sign.
How do I invoice my customers?
You can invoice your customers via manual invoice books or electronically via using a free online cloud service such as ‘Wave invoicing’ or ‘Invoice Home‘.
Traditionally these free cloud services have limited features such as invoicing with no credit card options etc.
Affiliates/Resellers must use their own trading name and will not be allowed to use the 7Foods Pty Ltd. name on invoices.

Are there any rules regarding social media posting etc?
- Yes. We have company guidelines as well as authorised images resellers are allowed to use.
- We can and will provide social media posts on request for use in Whatsapp or Instagram template formats.
- No detail other than what is on the website pertaining to products is allowed to be added to posts.
- Any misuse of ad privileges can result in termination of agent agreement.
How does a Affiliate make money?
- Once your Affiliate profile is activated on our database you will have instant access to a unique ‘affiliate link url’ that can be used in
social media advertising where potential customers can follow the link to the 7Foods website and shop to their liking. - The sales that come from using that link or by the customer choosing the option of Agent referral on the checkout page will result in a commission being registered
on the database of our affiliate program. - Affiliates can also place orders online on the website in order to receive and distribute to their own clientele.
- Monthly commissions at a rate of about 20% on the selling price of sales made will be paid out at every month end.
- Affiliates have full access to monitor their progress at any time by logging into their affiliate account.
- Affiliates/Resellers will sell the products to customers at the 7Foods advertised pricing or as otherwise agreed upon.
- Affiliates can download the 7Foods Customer Price list.
(These Price lists may never be altered or changed).
What is the difference between being an Affiliate and an Reseller/Agent?
- Very much the same, but this Resellers application is more for people/merchants/organizations that prefers to keep stock on hand (ex. Health shops, Health Practitioners, Water shops etc.)
- The Affiliate receives a unique ‘affiliate link url’ that can be used in social media advertising and does not keep stock on hand.
- The affiliate usually places orders online on the website and receives a monthly commission at a rate of about 20% on the selling price of sales made;
